Pure Reformer
Rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, Pure is our signature Classical Reformer Pilates class. Expect precise, controlled movements that follow traditional sequences designed to build strength, improve posture, and deepen mind-body awareness.
Perfect for: Those who value structure, form, and the timeless effectiveness of the classical Pilates system. Ideal for beginners, rehab, or anyone looking to refine their technique
Iyengar Yoga
The Iyengar method of yoga was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. In Iyengar Yoga, every part of the body is acted upon with intent, precision and intelligence. The beauty of this method lies in the precise instructions and attention to correct body alignment. When necessary, supports such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, or chairs are used to allow the practitioner to gain a better understanding and overcome any difficulties due to a lack of strength or flexibility.

Functional Yoga - with Alicia Rose
Open level yoga class in which I marry my knowledge as a yoga teacher and physiotherapist to create smart sequences designed to improve core stability, mobility, balance, and body awareness - all essential to move well through life! Each class also has a theme that weaves through the practice and connects the body, mind and heart. Classes are designed to challenge whilst meeting each student where they are, offering many options to take or leave.
The LOLA Class - with Lola Fishbein
A unique blend of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Dance, woven into a seamless, dynamic flow. Open to all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, centred, and inspired.
LOLA Class Men Only
The same dynamic, flow-based class is offered in a men-only setting. Open to all levels, focusing on strength, mobility, and fluid movement in a supportive, focused environment.
Feldenkrais - with Roberta
Gentle mat-based movement classes that focus on sensing ourselves from the inside. Moving with ease and calm to find coordination and inner balance without trying.
Dynamic Flow Yoga - with Maija
A strong, playful yoga practice that builds functional strength, stability and confidence while honouring ease. Move with curiosity, laugh when you wobble, leave feeling grounded and spacious.
Mandala Vinyasa - with Mary
All levels welcome, creative dynamic yoga flow honouring the creative energies of nature, as we connect with the 4 elements of nature - Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. The sequences are carefully designed to target corresponding muscle groups, chakras, and meridian channels for the element.

4 Beat– Power Vinyasa Flow with Steffy
A dynamic, rhythm-based vinyasa practice where movement is guided by a steady four-count breath. The structure creates continuity, heat, and focus, while building strength, coordination, and fluidity. The consistent rhythm helps quiet the mind, refine breath awareness, and develop steadiness within effort.\ Best suited to those who enjoy a strong, flowing practice and want to build stamina, clarity, and embodied presence.
Ashtanga Foundations with Steffy
A traditional, sequence-based practice built around alignment, breath, and consistency. The structured nature of Ashtanga encourages discipline and continuity, supporting the development of a stable, long-term relationship with movement and breath.\ Suitable for those new to Ashtanga or returning to the practice with a focus on fundamentals and long-term development.
Gong Meditation with Nina
A deeply relaxing fortnightly Sunday evening gong bath (7–8 pm), offering space to slow down and unwind. Established at the studio for over four years, these sessions gently quiet an overactive mind and support deep rest through sound — all you need to do is lie down and receive
Barre with Cinzia
A low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. It builds muscle strength, improves posture and flexibility, and focuses on deep core engagement. In class, we use a ballet barre for support, along with light weights, resistance bands, and small balls. Suitable for all levels of ability in a fun, relaxed environment that celebrates progress and individual achievement
