Before your practice…

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to give yourself time to check in, change, set up your practice space and relax.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Inform your teacher of any injuries or medical conditions.

Please don't eat large meals for at least 2 hours before the class.

Please place your belongings in the reception area and your phone on silent.

For optimal results in gaining energy, decreasing stress and building a strong pain- free body consistency is the key. A practice of two to three times per week will benefit you.
